1. Start with an idea

Choose a book, card, poster, gift or another creative direction, or bring an idea of your own. The starter text is yours to adapt. Browsing ideas does not create a project or require a library account.

2. Make it in your conversation

Develop the words, pictures and layout in ChatGPT using the capabilities available in your session. Tell it what you like and change things in the conversation. Dathent Studio does not add a separate AI editor or call a paid generation API on your behalf.

3. Connect when you want to save

Long-term saving uses your Dathent account and a connected Studio plugin. Follow the connection guide if you need to set that up. ChatGPT features and connection availability depend on your own account and workspace.

4. Choose what to keep

Explicitly ask to save your approved text and selected materials. For a book, preserve the page sequence and the actual saved illustrations. Check the returned version or file receipt: a generated image or file is not automatically saved in your library.

5. Return to your work

Open My projects to read saved work, download the text and materials, or restore a previous version. Continue creating in ChatGPT. A reading view is not a printing proof; a saved PDF is downloadable only when that file actually exists.
